The informatics program of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is ranked top by the WirtschaftsWoche magazine, now for the fourth time in succession. KIT’s business and electrical engineering programs are ranked in second place. The rankings are based on interviews of HR managers of large and medium-sized German companies.
As in the past years, the best informatics graduates come from KIT. This year, the KIT informatics program is ranked in first position together with RWTH Aachen. The good results of KIT in the ranking are complemented by the third position of mechanical engineering and the fifth place of natural sciences.
For the university ranking, the Universum Communications consulting company interviewed 523 HR managers, with a particular focus lying on the practical relevance of education.
