Heinrich Hertz Guest Professorship for Hasso Plattner

Co-founder of SAP to Present Two Public Lectures on February 15 and 16

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Karlsruhe University Society (KUG) confer the Heinrich Hertz Guest Professorship to the co-founder of SAP, Hasso Plattner. In two public lectures, the entrepreneur and alumnus of KIT will speak about the architecture of a column-oriented main memory database on February 15, 2016, 18.30 hrs as well as on February 16, 2016, 17.30 hrs, at the Tulla-Hörsaal on KIT Campus South (building 11.40, Englerstraße 11, Karlsruhe). In addition, Hasso Plattner will hold a seminar for students of KIT.
